Give Crew a kid knife, a cutting board and some sort of vegetable and he's happy as a clam helping me out with dinner.  It's really been great actually, it keeps him busy and sometimes he really does help!  Especially when it's brocolli, he can chop it up into perfect bite-sized pieces.
